Remember this simple truth: What you focus on expands.
So simple yet we forget this 1,000s of times a day.
When we are focused on the routine & issues of our external world, often our ego is at the helm. In this limited state we are in a trance. We default back on the tapes that run in our heads. We will perceive every experience in our life through the lense of our old conditioning. At this point we are reliving our past and not actively creating the life we desire.… Continue
