High Country Real Estate is a 5 year old independent real estate brokerage located on Main Street in Frisco. The brokerage is a partnership between my brother Chuck and myself. We specialize in both residential as well as commercial real estate throughout Summit County.
We have 4 going on about 10 to 12 Realtors as part of our team. A couple of other specializations are large projects. Our portfolio includes Prospect Point, Prospect Point Townhomes, Villas at Swan's Nest, Sungate and Marina Park along with a few more on the drawing board. In addition we have a new dba of high Country Green Real Estate, an industry specific activity that will provide brokerage services statewide in Colorado.
