Massage ....it's a good thing ....
If you only splurge on a massage occasionally make sure you get a good one! These are my criteria: a therapist who is in tune with me and my body, has plenty of experience and can draw on multiple techniques to help me, really listens, has great 'feel' or intuition, and gives a full 60 or 90 minute massage. In other words, someone who gives the kind of massage I strive to give my clients :)
